Job responsibility：

· Responsible for tracking the entire project until its completion and acceptance.

· Assist in creating, collecting, and organizing necessary design materials within the team, establishing and refining a design asset library.

· Control project budgets, allocate associated costs reasonably.

· Address on-site design issues as they arise during the setup process.

Qualification：

· Graduated in relevant fields such as interior design, architecture, environmental art, with a university undergraduate degree or higher.

· With over 5 years of experience in the soft furnishings industry, possessing expertise in design and management, familiarity with professional standards in soft furnishings design and construction, and a solid foundation in artistic cultivation and specialized knowledge.

· Knowledgeable in soft materials, on-site arrangements, and project budgeting. Capable of independently crafting professional furniture and soft furnishings display design schemes, with a keen understanding of artistic styles and colors.

· Proficient in design software.

· Engaged in high-end interior soft furnishings and decorative design, providing services for interior design and soft furnishings decoration of spaces like homes, hotels, clubs, villas, and model rooms.

· Excellent program design capabilities and rich experience in independentlyhosting large and medium-sized projects.

· Plan sharing and employee training improve the team’s professional capabilities.
